Well to let everyone no i made it to the 15 pound mark and it sure feels good. I think that I am doing pretty good with this diet. My baby turned 19 today so we had girls day out, went shopping and got our nails done we had so much fun also went to lunch at red lobster as that is her favorite place to eat, she is all grown up and now i have a best friend.

This pic of the old man was taken on the Osage river and we had a ball that day, the water was so smooth and perfect for us all to ski, o.k i went swimming and passed on the skiing but still had a great time.

Oh Happy Day

This is my daughter rashelle and my future son in law, as today he put a ring on her finger and asked her to marry him. I am so happy for them they are really good together and have a promising future together. She will be 19 on the 8th of sept. a freshman in college to be a teacher. Adam is going to a teck school for heavy machinery. They say they will tie the knott in 2009. Congratulations to the both of them we love you to so much.

slowly shrinking

O.K. as of today i have lost 13.8 pounds, dont look like much when i write it down but i can sure feel it, kinda makes me want to run naked threw a field of flowers and then jump into an ice blue cool pond because it is so hot here i would be sweeting all over by then, but i could call that exercise in fact it is so hot here i dont have to exercise to sweet i just walk outside. Cant wait till it snows haha well for now i will just keep counting out those points and watch the pounds fall off.

coming down slowly

O.k this week was better lost 4.6 pounds for now a total of 10.2 not bad for a fat kid soon to be smaller kid cant say ill yet skinny that might jinxs me haha. The other part of my team isnt doing so well but i hope after she sees me doing good she will do better we will see. Life has been hecktick this summer putting in about 48 hours a week at thea tierd old lady every night. It has also been realy hot so the pool is getting lots of use this summer had lots of visitors and getting more at the begining of aug. so that is always fun, cant believe im lossing with all the family getting together to eat all the time but i am and i love it.

so not so easy!!

Well this week was only down 1 pound and dont no why because i have started exersizing but i no i build muscle real fast so maybe that is what is going on and next weel will be better. As for daughter she is down 4.7 pounds and doing good as far as i am consernd. It is really getting hot here i guess summer is finally setting in so i will have to stay in the house or pool now to stay cool. The weight watchers police are eating better than ever and dont even no it today i feed them southwestern omlettes with vegaterian sausage and boy did they think that was good i guess i will just keep my secrets to my self haha.

Wow this weight watchers is so much fun all of it except the point police that live in my house, that would be my skinny husband and son. They think they no everything and try to tell us what we can eat and cant they are going to drive me crazy. But at my first weigh in i lost 5.2 pounds so i came home and in a nasty way thanked the point police. Now they are laying back a lill bit but also taking all the credit for my weight lose. I guess i couldn't do it with out them.

Tonight my daughter took me to a weight watchers meeting and boy is she all charged up so now i am a weight watcher . This is going to be fun because it is something we both need to do for ourselfs and we get to do it together. The meeting was fun and alot of my friends are doing it to so that helps. The leader started talking about points and rashelle wanted to no if she didnt use all her points if she could roll them over into the next day well the lady said that if she didnt use them in one day then she would have to lose them i guess she thought she could save them up for a whyll then eat cheese cake haha. So we are starting a mother daughter journey together and i am excited to also lose alot of weight.

surgery completed

Well im home and in soo much pain i can hardley stand it. I am staying pretty dopped up so i dont have to deal with the pain as much. Surgery went fine no complications now the hard part healing. Every one is taking good care of me tho so i cant complain to much.
This is just a short update as im fadding fast and need to go to bed.

Stressfull week and its only monday

Well it is a beautiful monday and already i am stressed, I am trying to get ready for this back surgery on thursday and my brain wont work to remember all the things i have got to do so my family wont starve or fall apart whyll im recouping. I do have my neice here to take care of things and that makes it alot better for me and them . Looks like I will be layed up for about 4 weeks then be as good as new haha But i do have my grandbaby to keep me company so that is going to be nice.

My grand baby!!

This is my new grand baby and oh i just love being a grandma. He is so cute and funny makes me laugh all the time and when i need some love he is their for me. Rashelle is his mommy he is 10 week old and his name is bently he is a toy pomeranian. His papa rob loves him also even tho when we got him he said no more dogs but that changed real fast after we brought him home. He is bringing alot of happiness to our house and that is a good thing.

It has been a very long week but finally it is over and i dont have to deal with school any more because my baby has graduated, wow do i feel old. She looked so grown up and not like a lil girl no more. Now she is going to work at the daycare full time this summer till time to go to college in the fall then she will be working on her b a in early childhood development and she has a full ride so i dont have to stress any bills for that one. My mother in law , her husband dean and my cousin trisha came from california for the big event and it has been a lot of fun seeing all of them and i dont no at this point if trish is going to go back she has extended her stay till the 20th of june as i am having back surgery and she wants to be here for that but she loves it here.Well for now I am going to enjoy her all i can.

Hi lets get started by telling all of you about me. I am a mother of a 19 year old boy Robbie he is a sophmore in college working on a aa in criminal justice and he just made the honor roll, I am so proud of him. Next is Rashelle she is 18 and graduating from high school tis friday she is an awsome daughter I am so blessed to have them.I have been married to rob for 23 years We live in a small town called california missouri, we have horses and goats ,dogs,cats,guine pigs and motorcycles. I am a breast cancer survivor this june will be 3 years and i have to say if not for my husband, kids and all their friends i dont no if i would have made it , they all give me the strength to go on every day. That is why this is called mommaz rulez because thats what all the kids say.
